We are convinced that by learning together, using synergies as well as pooling resources, we can strengthen our competence base and thus improve the impact of our work.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1611846195675{margin-top: -50px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Our Learning Groups<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]Our two learning groups on &#8220;SDG 16+&#8221; and on &#8220;Good Governance and Partnerships&#8221; bring together programme officers from all member organisations. A regular exchange of experiences is complemented by the development of adapted\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/koge.ch\/en\/public\/publications\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tools and knowledge products,<\/a> which are tested in pilot projects and made available to the members of the KoGe. Learning events for programme staff and their local partners complete the offer.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]The learning community is our laboratory for innovation. It is a space where new approaches, innovative methods and creative forms of collaboration can be tested. To do so, we carefully design our learning moments, using inclusive and person-centred facilitation methods such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.liberatingstructures.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Liberating Structures<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artofhosting.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Art of Hosting<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Focal Point SDG 16+: <a href=\"mailto:f.ganarin@internationalbluecross.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Flavia Ganarin<\/a><br \/>\nFocal Point GG and Partnerships: <a href=\"mailto:corinna.buetikofer@connexio.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Corinna B\u00fctikofer Nkhoma<\/a>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]In a participatory process, the Community of Cooperation has developed a programme on peace, justice and inclusive societies covering more than 37 countries, to which all eight member organisations contribute with their worldwide programmes.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]Thanks to our joint programming framework, the independent member organisations will be enabled to report their impact jointly and in a focused manner. They are supported in this work by the <a href=\"mailto:mirjam.moser@koge.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MEL Officer<\/a> and our external quality commission.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Key Indicator Guidelines<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]Key Indicators (KIs) are a simple and reliable way to measure progress towards set goals by standardising data collection and reporting. Through our KIs, data from all eight members and their 130 worldwide partner organisations becomes comparable while the critical analysis of the results promotes shared learning.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]KoGe is currently developing Key Indicator guidelines in a participatory learning process involving programme officers from all member organisations. In the spirit of open source collaboration, we are herewith making our KI Guidelines available to other organisations under the <a href=\"https:\/\/creativecommons.org\/licenses\/by-sa\/4.0\/?ref=chooser-v1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Creative Commons
